TSDE123 nailed the notes and score in my opinion. First of six and I must say I was mildly disappointed. I think time is needed here because I felt like the tannins overpowered the fruit. The underlying fruit is there. First bottle of half a case. Could be in a funky phase where it is out of balance or potentially bottle variation. No hurry on this wine so I will leave the others until 2022 at the earliest.

Very dark. Dark fruit and cherry on the nose. High tannins. Needs 5+ years. What I would expect from this producer. Built to age 20 years. Mid pallet needs to develop.

4.5 Yummy!! Smooth, good fruitiness at first then opened up well. Dark purple with oaky nose, tannins kicked in with great finish after a bit... love the blend of the Cab F, Merlot, and Petite Sirah. Definitely recommend ????????????

Starts off really well but the tannin and oak needs time to integrate or else food is a must. This would be excellent to pair with steak or strong cheeses like a good cheddar or blue cheese. At first there is fine grain dusty tannins that seems like sweet tobacco with red plum, earthiness, leather and a little meaty. More goes on the nose as it's somewhat floral. On the second day the leather and herbs are much more prominent …

A blend of merlot, petite sirah and cab franc. Big, huge even, with blackberry, mint, pencil shavings and violets. Not my preferred style but I liked it a lot. Drinks well now and should cruise easily through the next 10-15 years.
