Inky black with a purple rim. Surprisingly light nose, notes of blackberries, alcohol, and grape juice. In the mouth, thick feeling, blackberries continue, with spice, and jammy grapes. Paired quite well with a raspberry compote over sweet whipped ricotta cheese.
