The Jumping Grape Pinot Noir Chardonnay

Cabernet and Shiraz with the base wine aged five years. Why is the base wine aged five years? We don't know. To make it taste good? Or surplus of Shiraz in Australia? This just tastes weird. I guess I was expecting more sugar, which this does not have. Doesn't have the same dark color of most Ausse stuff either.
