PnP, clear, deep ruby, purple. Classic, huge & wonderful big CA Pinot nose but drank differently, showing a much greener and dryer style which did balance out some with time. Shockingly different than what I was expecting. Maybe due to a very cool climate/year or younger vines/grapes which sometimes show lean, green and not extracted but that's only a guess on my part. Technically well made, just nothing like I've had before.

Beautiful color ruby. Nose of fresh laundry, fruit forward, black berry, hint of lemon, ETOH heavy. Palate mixed berries, good med finish. We had with Italian pulled pork recipe from Schramsberg. Wonderful pairing.

Cassis, spicy, vanilla, boysenberry, needs to be decanted, but lost my quickie decanter. Davies does very good. Have the cabs too. My wife says jammy. We like to open a wine together

Quite spicy, cherry tobacco, light smoke with a silky texture and beautiful garnet color...

I've been cautiously optimistic about this first ever Pinot release from one of my favorite producers. And it did not disappoint! In fact, I was impressed by the level of depth and complexity in such a new release. Dark cherries, vanilla, a touch of spice, and a really long finish, but still a delicate mouthfeel.

Wonderful when decanted for an hour or two. Wonderful aroma of raspberry jam and chocolate. Nice mouth linger

This is my favorite of Schramsberg's 3 new pinots (Londer, Nobles, Ferrington)!
