Njord Pinot Noir Précoce Mousserende

Rare sparkling wine from hyped Danish wine farm Njord. It shows signs of aging with nutty and buttery notes in the nose. Still some citric fruits. On the palate clean and mineral with med/High acidity. Blond one could have been fooled to guess a grower champagne BdB. Really interesting and really enjoyable. Fine to drink now
