Smoke, oak, lime and fine minerality comes first with mid+ acidity. After some time acidity and strong smoke rounds off and it shows more fruit like lemon, gooseberry. For me it was better on second day, as the smoke nose gets mild and more attractive while the fresh fruity nose remained clear. Basic but nice food wine.

R�kor, vitt vin och sol � instant summer! Patrick Piuze levererar en fin kommun-Chablis-22:a. Ingen �verdriven syra, snarare kan en l�tt sm�rig ton (lemon curd?) anas. Inte heller s�rskilt mineraldriven. Som en fr�sch Bourgogne Blanc, typ. Gick perfekt till r�kor och majo.

Golden color with apple aromas. Good acidity but lacks the typical minerality of Chablis. Better (more typical) on day 2.
