Bouquet: Mushroom and worn leather, a touch of dry red berry Flavor: Like the nose. Comment: 12.5% alcohol. The bouquet is the best part of this wine. There is still some dried red berry fruit to be tasted , but it is rather understated and the body is getting a bit thin. Still, the finish , though subtle, is of medium length. 3100 yen. Very smooth. This could be good with a mushroom dish or dried figs.
