L'Atouéyo Chardonnay Valle d'Aosta

This is a pretty simple Chardonnay, but nice with a pretty streak of acidity driving hard throughout. Aromas are heavy on the lemon, with rind... almost a preserved lemon, with a decadence to it. There's slight minerality and acid present here, too. Entry is nice, with medium and creamy body. Again, some preserved lemon, sweet acid and some sweet fruit notions. Some minerality.
