Enjoyed with friends on a sunny Memorial Day afternoon - after visiting the National Cemetery. It was austere at first and then opened up very nicely. Translation: this is a very good wine and still needs to be decanted. It was enjoyed by all, but then the wines of Sean Capiaux are all enjoyable.
