Miniature bottle (4 cl) from a set of six, encoded L.1124, which I take to mean vintage 2001, bottled January 2024. Fabulously pure and complete expression of the Gravensteiner apple, you really get the juice and the flesh and the skin, great finesse in spite of the heat (50% ABV), delicate sweetness and mild bitters, neverending finish.
