Bold bordeaux style Napa Cab Sauv. Delicious especially with a well seasoned steak or grill pork. Smooth on the palate, big berry notes and a solid finish.

the initial deep ruby red draws you in, the nose keeps you there, the smooth low tannin texture is wonderful, and the fruit tones are complex and wonderful.

decant for ~2 hours. Very smooth and complex on the palate. Cherry accents and fruit forward. Delicious!! The wine looks garnet colored. The legs are slow. There is no sediment in the bottle. It smells like cherry and oak. It tastes like cherry. The body is full. The wine has smooth texture. The wine finishes medium. The wine has low acidity.
