90+/100 Lemon rind, roasted sunflower seeds, Rey bread, flinty and mineral, this Chablis Primer Cru is not great, but it’s quite alluring. It gains depth and length on the palate, becomes more structured and sharp - yet, it still lacks a certain degree precision, as it one in four sips is a tad blurred. Yet, at less than €13, this is a bomb!
