Bass Phillip, Old Cellar Chardonnay, Gippsland

Wow. Just wow. So this is what top end aged Aussie Chardonnay delivers after 18 years. I have little to report on this rare wine. Except to say it's made by Bass Phillip, one of Australia's eminent wineries that produces arguably Australia's best Pinot Noir from Gippsland, South Victoria. It's so fresh. Yet beautifully matured.
