Ricudda Canaiolo Rosso Toscana IGT

Store tasting. A new to me, tiny Chianti producer in Castellina, imported by Kysela. They make about 2000 cases overall, and 350 of this varietal canaiolo. It tastes like an easygoing Chianti, with less tannin and acidity than sangiovese usually provides, but a similar cherry fruit profile. Nice stuff at a good price.
