Glass: Gabriel Gold. Tasted blind. First I didn't know what to say, as it was very strange in the nose, but in a good way. But it developed within a minute to fine Chardonnay. First guess: Morillon (Chardonnay) from Styria (BTW, our host was shocked as I was right, but I didn't know at this point). And now the real wine development: The wine developed nice within in the first 10min and I need to say that I liked it, …

Color: Medium yellow. Nose: Nice and fresh. A hint of peaches with a splash of whipped cream. Mouth: Lean and elegant. Medium length. Good expressiveness. Lacking a bit acidity. It is getting better while breathing. This wine is probably still too young.
