Slightly better than average Sauvignon Blanc. Nice bouquet. Very dry, crisp but tart. Medium but somewhat harsh finish. It should go just fine with pasta tonight. Not as good as its "cousins" from Napa/Sonoma/Carneros. Will not buy again.
