Very balanced and together. Acid minus and ripe fruit with nice balance, but nit very focused. Black cherries and black berries, medium weight on the palate. Has the delicious factor.

Inky purple-red with a translucent meniscus. Medium body. Noticeable tearing. Shows plums, blackberries, cherries, and violets. Good balance of acid and fruit. Tannic in a food-friendly way. Medium finish. Best of three bottles (due to variation).

Not overpowering, ut pleseant nose. Dark fruit, mainly cherry. Some licorice. Solid, but restrained tannins. On its own somewhat ueavy for my taste. Should be great with food

One of those wines you wish you had when eating a hearty meat pasta dish. It really mellowed with food, while being a bit harsh and tannic without. Flavors of cherries and plums and with a spicy note. Definitely a re-purchase.
