Pop & Pour... Nose: A bit of spice, sweet plum, raisin, and wet forest floor with freshly cut wood and sawdust. Interesting, but not spectacular. Palate: The plum from the nose translates into sweet raspberries on the palate, and occurs on the attack but is quickly muffled by a copper bitterness that gets more prevalent in the mouth as the palate progresses.
