Hinterbrook Cabernet Sauvignon

easy drinking cab sauv with good depth of flavour already and for the price. slightly lighter with more playful acidity than is normally expected of the grape, but I think it is still well balanced and pairs well with charcuterie. let it air for a little.

Medium intensity nose showing sweet ripe fruits, lush red berries and sweet vanillan. Medium-to-full bodied palate with flavours of currants, cassis, vanillan and oak. Tannins are nicely integrated and has balanced acids. Grilled pepper notes on the long finish. Easy drinker.
