Carmenet Zinfandel Copa de Morado Port

Won two bottles of this at auction a while back, was time to Coravin a glass with the vintage needle and see what this is like. Tasted from a PnP. Dark purple to garnet in color. Lots of sediment make it through the Coravin vintage needle. Nose pops with dark cocoa, dried black cherries, sweet baking spices, a bit of thyme, cigar box, and a bit of saline.
