White Burg GD Cru tasting @SommCellars (NYC) : Flinty and reduction scents introduce a gorgeous, precise airy but powerful mouthfeel, with excellent persistency in the end. 2021 is overlooked, but classic bone dry batard here made in the contemporary reductive style. Excellent.
