Domaine Milan Vin de Table Français La Carree

Remarkable. Golden wine with a beautiful open bouquet, complex to the point of being impossible to describe. Possibly tropical fruit? hay?. with a sort of gentle bump of funky maturity mid palate, fine balancing acidity and ample length, all very fascinating.

Not sure where to start here. Stupendous well integrated wine, 100% Rousanne, no sharp edges, length, ever changing complexity. Gorgeous yellow colour, rich complex flavours balanced with great acidity - but how to describe the taste ? nuts, tropical fruit ?papaya, pineapple? So much going on and changing that it defeats my powers of description. Lovely.
