Animalistic, dark somewhat muted fruit on the nose, no evident oak, minerality and a tiny green note. Bone dry, medium+ acidity, firm tannins and medium body with 12.5% abv. A bitter finish with a hint of smoke. A lot better with food than by it's own. Kept together just fine over 4 days, without ever getting really quaffable for my taste.
