I didn’t manage to wait a couple of years before tasting again. A little more approachable and sweetness not quite so apparent. More off dry than medium dry today. More enjoyable.

Medium lemon. Apricot, spice nose. Medium dry (too sweet for me), full and fairly luscious. Not really to my taste at present. May evolve, soften and lose some of the sweetness. I will leave it for a couple of years.
