Swedenburg Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon

I knew I was in for a treat when I swirled and sniffed for a good four minutes without actually tasting the wine. When I finally took the plunge, I found that the taste matched the nose which is not always the case. It has achieved a nice complexity with a little leather and current. A very pleasant finish. A nice wine when I bought it, laying it down in the cellar has brought it to it's peak.
