Medium gold, cloudy Nose: Bruised apples and minerality, wet stone, seafood, citrusfruit Palate: medium body+, intensity+, great bracing acidity that cuts through from start to finish and leaves with a slightly salty, tingling finish this is contemporary chablis par excellence. I just saw that the texture was lauded and I second that. this can age and profits from air and I wouldn't serve it too chilled

Beautiful texture, very open. Stylistically more ripe vintage Jura than classic Chablis.

Most structured of the 3 cuvées so far. Good texture. Serious Good. Try and wait 18-24 months until the next one

I guess I am a bit the odd one out here but unlike others I am not getting the sharp and typical Chablis here, but rather a fruity Chardonnay that lacks a bit of focus and that doesn’t manage to convey the terroir to me. Lemon curd and rind, green apple and pineapple, a bit of seafood minerality. But also a bit of alcohol bitterness and lack of acidity. My company liked the wine better to be honest.

Coquillage , citron confit, lime kefir, amertume un peu trop imposante en millieu de bouche. Ca ne fait pas tres chablis classique du a la richesse et le mini nature, peut-etre le millesime, peut etre le style du producteur. Somme toute, fut plaisant!

The name of the vineyard Côte aux Prêtres, Hill of the Priests, refers to the nearby pilgrimage route from Vézelay to Santiago de Compostela. The spectacular vineyard is located on a hill and that has a dome exposed to sunlight and wind. The soil is strewn with many small Kimmeridge limestones. The wine had a long fermentation and was half in tank and half in used wood and was bottled only after two years. Color: medium straw yellow Nose: Côte …

Chateau de Beru is a low sulphur, biodynamic wine, aged in old oak barrels. Tasted blind – Pale straw colour. Creamy array of ripe white orchard fruits and layered citrus fruits. Plenty of malic acid with rounded texture. Hints of age. 2013? Swiss Chardonnay? (86/100)

Light straw yellow colour. Wax and honey on the nose. Taste of yellow apples, lemons and minerals. A good Chablis that is something between a regular Chablis and a 1er Cru. Goes well with shellfish or sushi.

Apple and lemon aromas and flavors with a lean, mineral-infused finish. Very good balance, good length, moderate weight. Very good for its level.
