Bouquet: Unusual spices, heavy soil and musk, forest floor, wet/old cedar, slight brown sugar undertone. Palate: Mild tart front, soft berry mid, woodsy, crushed peppers (veggie), compostish overtone and a mild anise finish. Unique wine! Peaks in about 45 minutes after opening, and falls to flatness within an hour after that...
