Notes after following in decanter for 24 hours. Held up remarkably well. Very dark ruby core, about 90% saturated with only a tawny edge to show it's age. No sediment and very slow, clear legs. Profound aroma of mature fruit, maple, hickory, tomato sauce, coriander, fig, and tobacco filler.
