Some labels online say it’s a Blanc de Noir, but this one doesn’t say that. The website says it’s Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Gamay and Aligote, but I guess it’s mostly Pinot and Gamay so that’s why some labels say Blanc de Noir. Handpicked. Uncomplicated and true to style. Competent execution. Dry enough to be versatile.

Pale lemon colour with pink edges. Light nose with white flowers and red apples. Medium taste of tutti frutti, tropical fruits and sweet red berries. Medium long and off-dry finish. Medium acidity. Medium body. An acceptable Cremant that I feel lacks the depth and complexity you find in other Cremants. Goes well as an aperitif.

"It is a rich, complex wine. The hints of flowers and red and black fruit (raspberry and blackcurrant) are mixed with warmer aromas of pastries and pulpy fruit (apricot, peach, mulberry)." -Winery

Good and versatile organic cremant with a pleasant, easy-drinking quality which stems from a good balance between freshness, body, complexity and elegance. Citrus, ripe apple, brioche and butter on the nose and palate, with fine and persistent bubbles and a fairly long finish. Good as aperitif with hors d'oeuvres or paired with lighter fish or poultry dishes, sushi and sashimi, salads or grilled vegetables.
