ManzWine Manz Red

Much better than my last bottle. This saw about an hour in the decanter and kept getting better with air. Very Bandol-like, with plums, pepper, meat, licorice and iodine. Deep, brooding and savage... this begged for a rare steak. Still holding on to some tannins, but quite drinkable.

I wonder if this is in a closed state. This showed very little other than alcohol and tannins. A bit of white pepper poked through, but very little in terms of fruit. Drying and austere. Judgement deferred.

Excellent depth, flavors, tannins and finish. Well done!
