Appearance: Clear, pale ruby red colour. Nose: Clean, medium consistent but plain. Youthful red cherry fruit aroma. Palate: Dry with crisp and fresh acidity. Low and soft tannin, low body. Light red cherry fruit intensity with little spicy, earthy and forest floor flavours. Finsih plain and short. Conclusions: Unbalanced but could be a good food wine to match with simple Italian food, as it contains high level of acidity to cut through the fat of salami and chesses.
