Last bottle and it's drinking by far the best of 6. Really enjoying it tonight. Cork came out very easily and was stained about a quarter of the way up. Medium golden color. Aromas of waxy yellow and tropical fruits, honey, vanilla, fresh herbs, sourdough, chalk dust, saline, and minerals. Full bodied and viscous on the palate with good texture, medium+ acid and finish, and flavors of pineapple, pear, green apple, and a good mineral streak. There's a bit of …

Rich and refined.

Full bodied, rich long finish.

Light to medium golden color. Aromas of lemon, waxy yellow fruit, chalky minerality, and light herbs. Fullish body, medium acid and finish, lightly viscous, and flavors of lemon, saline, and green apple, with touches of herbs and mineral. Only moderately interesting for me, and not worth reg. price IMO, but enjoyable enough I suppose for the deal price I got.

Not much there. Bland.

Bright yellow green; straw, melon, barrel aged SB, sour, funky; similar fruit as the nose, waxier body; not very interesting.

Still my favorite white wine. Smooth and very crisp.

Bold, buttery flavor. Hidden gem.

Just really bland. None of the raciness I like in SB. The semillion seems to mute everything out. Needs a bit more acidity as well. I know this is trying to mimic white Bordeaux, but just not there.

Green pepper, jalapeño, underripe honeydew, alfalfa on the nose. Green fruit and alfalfa on the palate. Medium acidity.

WIML91 Tasted non blind at a retail tasting. Straw color in the glass, clear looking throughout. Nose of grass, light notes of gooseberry and ash. Flavors of lime, lemon and grapefruit. Medium acidity, light body. Drink now.
