Dard et Ribo Crozes-Hermitage "C'est le Printemps"

Olives, pepper, black currants, and red fruit on the nose. Quite high acidity with savory notes, spices, and blue berries on the palate. Good finish. Very young, this needs some time.

Needs time. Very wound up. Lots of juicy fruit.

Easy-drinking Crozes with the true aromas but a much softer structure with no tannins to speak of and a smooth texture. The wine leaves the mouht coated in the beautiful and pure aromas of blackcurrant berries and leaves.
