A simple pinot noir with a lot of acidity. The wine is not too balance on the first day, and it gets better on the second day. However, the oak is obvious, and is not complex.

Occasional tasting group: Just training our blind tasting skills. (@ EvA) : Popped and poured there are primary fruits in the bouquet. The second day the primary fruit flavors are almost gone and there is also some oak. On the palate mostly cherry and raspberry and a lot of acidity. The first day a bit unpleasant, but the second day more integrated and ok. There is some bitterness in the finish. The wine is quite one-dimensional, but offers enough taste …
