What a refreshing pudding wine. In fact, it's very versatile with food and doesn't need pudding at all; we had it with foie gras, but you could even serve it with Southeast Asian or Japanese food. Very delicately perfumed nose of white flowers, orange blossom, honey, and lemon. Palate has sweetness, but lots of refreshing acidity, nice body, but not cloying or overly unctuous. If it was a bit cheaper, I'd have this quite often.
