Charming Swiss sparkling wine, from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir using the traditional method, three-year on the lees. Characterized by its predominantly fruity profile, with subtle notes of toastiness. Fine bead. Short finish. Overall a good product, but lacks character, especially considering the price.

DG 03/2022, 36 months on lees, makes this a 2018 base, Pinot Noir & Chardonnay blend. A positive discovery. Very aromatic wine, lots of spices and herbs and greens intermixed with stone fruit and cranberry. Nice mouth feel and dry finish. A well made Champagne alternative. 91-92
