Note from about the third night open. Now a deep dark gold. Nose is very complex, dried apple, sweet apple, candied apple, maybe some pear and orange as well. Palate is more varied citrus, lots of orange and apple notes, very viscous and thick, lots of acidity, apple, orange and apricot and maybe pineapple on finish. Very long. Nose of ripe stone fruits, honey, apricot. Palate of apricot, peach, orange oils, wax, honey, blossom. Drink up, starting to loose freshness and fruit.
