There’s huge oak on the nose, completely dominating the nose and feeling really overdone. On the palate, it’s immediately attractive. But it’s very superficial and really, it’s just a big fruit bomb. There are some interesting flavours in there, especially on the finish, but it’s so overdone on the oak and very forward fruit, that it has little attraction.
