La Magia Vermentino

Zesty lemon sherbert character, nice weight and length

Shy nose on opening but eventually releases bready aromas of citrus (lemon) and pineapple with touches of vegetal and balsamic. Tastes of baked pie crust, bitter citrus fruit and a stoney minerality. This rides along on high acidity and ends with a slightly oily texture.
