On the fiery side but much better for a couple of days in the decanter. Fresh, violet flavour.

Light ruby. Nose quite muted, red fruit. The palate is rich, sweet red berry fruit, gorund black pepper, spice, some alcohol heat to warm your chest as it goes down. A poor mans vintage port but as you should decant this wine then your guests will left speculating what port this is as they pass it round the table. Very good indeed. Excellent value at only £13.95.
