Excellent well aged Franc showing the aging potential of Paso Bordeaux varietals. Initially tight after opening & improved considerably over next couple hours. Paired nicely w/filets.

Interesting! PnP and drank over 2+ hours. No detailed notes. Nearly opaque ruby. Cranberry & tart cherry, with spicy strawberry, blueberry and plum overtones. Tight and acidic at first, but after ~2 hours the bite went away. By then, better with food. Suggestion: Open for 2 hours and then serve with a wide variety of appetizers.
