A very stylish and elegant Blaufränkisch. Some funky sous bois notes on the nose, not unlike a red Burgundy. Elegant dark berry fruit on the palate, spicy notes, a hint of dark chocolate, gentle acidity, nicely extracted and super soft tannins. This is really well composed. Lovely wine. Good for drinking now, but no sign of age yet. - 91 points
