Likely the best it will get and it was good. Medium bodied. A little herbal and peppery - would likely do better with food than solo (as we had it). Good but not great.

Popped and poured with grilled chicken. Aroma of cherry and some black pepper. There is a bit of a bite on the palate from some tartness & acidity. Great black cherry fruit on the taste though.
