We ordered a bottle of this at Martha's Leelanau Table in Suttons Bay, Michigan. We paired it with our 2 appetizers of pan catalan with proscuito and steamed mussels. 219 cases are made. It is 100% pinot noir is whole cluster pressed and then some chardonnay is added as the dosage. This sparkling wine is made in the cuve close method. This is made in a brut style.
