To be honest: Particella 86 (but i didn't succeed in changing into '86'). A nice Valdobbiadene, fresh, with a certain body, but also a bit too much residual sugar.

Slow Wine Guide 2012 (Release tasting) (Metropolitan Pavilion) : This was a beautifully fresh prosecco with mineral laden fruit on the nose and a clean refreshing palate performance. The finish was most enjoyable with ripe stone fruits.
