bright crimson colour, earthy, mushy on the nose. Taste of dark cherry and plum. What's interesting about this wine is that while it has a warm and earthy on entry, the finish is cool and minty. Enjoyed with some spicy vietnamese beef salad and went really well. it's good to drink now.
