Cantina Tramin Pinot Bianco Alto Adige - Südtirol Moriz

A steadily evolving kaleidoscope of white flowers, lemon curd, Asian pear, green apple, and mint. On the palate, the 2015 Tramin Pinot Bianco Moriz is light, bright, and fresh with a burst of pink pomelo, and perhaps most surprising—dried rose petal and wet shell that tumbles onto the scene like an unexpected last act. It Is an altogether lovely example of a Northern Italian pale-lemon gem. 13.5% ABV | Sample

James Suckling - Great Wines of Italy II - 2017 (The Presidio, SF) : Intense nose for a Pinot Blanc! Estery with slight peach notes. Medium body, medium alcohol, slight peach and bitterness on the palate, medium plus acid. Guyot method vines, no skin contact, moderately cool ferment (20-30C). The best pinot blanc I’ve ever tasted.
