근래에 마셔본 독일 피노 중 가장 인상적이었던 아르의 스파츠부르군더. 블라인드로 뉴질랜드 샌트럴 오타고 인가 싶을 정도로 선선한 뉘앙스 속에 개성적인 붉은 과실의 힘이 선명했다. 힘있는 피노지만 매우 우아하다.

Oaked Pinot, cherry, bit spicy. Good acidity, balanced. Nice.

First bottle from 7 in total, 3 purchased from the Dutch importer, 4 as "Flutwein" from the estate after the devastating flood of 14 July 2021. Natural cork, pristine condition, perfect level and cork. Decanted and tasted six hours later. As others have commented, it is still a very youthful wine, and decanting is really necessary. As is to be expected in this warm vintage, it is a generous Kräuterberg, opulent even, curvy and sexy, but with a strong backbone …

Smoky cherries and elderberry, a hint of summer lilac and spicy on the nose. Concentrated on the palate with a lovely silky mouthfeel and good acidity. This is young still. Long finish

The Last Dinner at Dinner (Dinner by Heston Blumenthal) : Very much Burgundian ( Maybe the global warming is helping here...) but with also an extra dollop of spicy , juicy frit. A bit like a modern cousin of burgundy or a Burgundian wine that went on holidays to the us for a bit. Young still and with lots of capacity to age and we would definitely love to cross paths with it in the future to see the evolution. …

Pure and lovely Pinot Noir aromas, on the dark side. Burgundy like style, with good structure and concentration. Impressive!
