Classic lychees, rose water, honeydew melon on palate. Medium bodied with lovely acidic finish which balances the wine. Very enjoyable.

Easter gathering (Andrew's) : Tried pairing this with Easter honey ham based on internet recommendations. The sweet-on-sweet didn't really work for me. Wasn't crazy about the wine style and will have to try again under different circumstances. Follow-up: Our Easter hosts put the leftover wine in the fridge and drank it a week later. They said it was terrific, despite that time post-opening. This encourages me to look forward to another try in the future.
