This wine is a 100% Cab Franc which is a hard to find. The wine pours with a medium burgundy color and has a very heavy full body to it- it doesn't just cling to the glass in swirling- it climbs it. There are the notes of plum, cassis, some pepper and a fair amount of earthiness. These are all mirrored when tasting.
